Position Description
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and various analysis worksheets
- Application of cash receipts (in A/R and G/L)
- Posting and booking customer invoices (in A/R and G/L)
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and entries
- Prepare payroll, including calculating commissions to be processed through outside
payroll service
- Ad Hoc projects
- A/P posting and reconciliation
Required Skills
- 2-6 years with standard GAAP concepts, practices, and procedures associated with accounting and financial reporting
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Detail oriented
- Team player with the interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels
- High energy
- Quick Books experience a plus
