Position Title: Recruiter
Overview:
The Recruiter’s role is to build sound relationships with allied candidates and client contacts in order to effectively match professional initiatives and personal goals. Successful associates are enthusiastic, skilled communicators, intensely organized, and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and directly recruit allied candidates through DeskFlow, cold calling, internet sources, and journal ads
- Identify new clients and manage dedicated searches
- Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize earning potential
- Propose and negotiate placement contracts
- Research clients, industry segments, and communities
- Interview management including: scheduling of interview, travel arrangements and interview itinerary
- Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with candidates and/or clients
Requirements:
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- MS Word/Excel experience
- Proficiency in internet research
- Previous sales experience preferred
