Position Title: Search Associate

Overview:

The Search Associate is responsible for assisting the search manager in facilitating the
recruitment process. This position requires a high level of ownership, discipline, and dedication to the team’s objectives. 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from physicians, hospital CEO’s, and in-house recruiters
  • Coordinate travel options for physician interviews, search manager profiles and PIM’s
  • Cold call candidates from database
  • Screen candidates and their spouses
  • Organize call schedule for search manager
  • Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize earning potential
  • Communicate with interviewing physicians
  • Write cover letters
  • Manage interview process: prepare interview packets and confirm interview dates/times
  • Distribute pre-profile letters and packets
  • Obtain candidate references
  • Clarify gaps in curriculum vitae
  • Assist in designing direct mail campaigns
  • Purchase targeted direct mail data
  • Assist in writing mass e-mail campaigns
  • Mail all required documentation (confirmation of interview, interview packets, pre-profile letters, etc.)
  • Add practice and community information to job list in DeskFlow
  • Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with candidates
  • Make a minimum of 80-100 dials per day to accomplish personal and team objectives

Requirements:

  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize self and others
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Some college work required
