Position Title: Marketing Representative

Overview:

The Marketing Representative is responsible for calling on a specific territory to manage and
cultivate relationships and facilitate business to business contracts. The Sales Consultant is also responsible for business development; that is, producing promoter relationships and creating
“all-in” customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new relationships with healthcare facilities and practices for permanent physician staffing
  • Develop and maintain communication and rapport with new and existing clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare specialties and healthcare staffing trends
  • Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize earning potential
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients consistent with team objectives
  • Collaborate with recruiters and clients in filling open positions
  • Maintain relationship with clients to grow permanent staffing relationships
  • Integrate individual work efforts to meet team objectives and processes
  • Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with clients  
  • Make a minimum of 75 dials per day to accomplish objectives

Requirements:

  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Phone sales experience preferred
  • College education required
