Position Title: Recruiting Representative

Overview:

As a Recruiting Representative, you are responsible for locating, negotiating and contracting with candidates on behalf of Delta Locum Tenens. You will maintain relationships with these candidates and contract them in locum tenens assignments by collaborating with the marketers who hold the coverage needs.  In addition, you will negotiate their payment terms and maximize the gross margin for each placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new and existing physicians/CRNA's to fill temporary needs for client facilities
    currently under contract with Delta Locum Tenens
  • Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize earning potential
  • Contact via the telephone physician/CRNA leads to introduce available positions, the application process and the advantages of working Delta Locum Tenens temporary assignments
  • Negotiate contract terms with physician/CRNA
  • Qualify prospective physician/CRNA for requirements and suitability necessary for temporary
    assignment
  • Obtain necessary documentation for physician/CRNA submission to client facilities such as application packet, references, licensure, and certifications
  • Establish and maintain communication and rapport with physician/CRNA to encourage a long-term working relationship with Delta Locum Tenens
  • Interact with marketers to facilitate placement of physician/CRNA within appropriate gross margin range
  • Integrate individual work efforts to meet team objectives and processes
  • Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with candidates
  • Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to accomplish personal and team objectives
  • Train and mentor other recruiting consultants
