Position Title: Recruiting Representative
Overview:
As a Recruiting Representative, you are responsible for consulting prospective clients and candidates of their opportunities in the marketplace through information gathered during on-site profile meetings with high level decision makers.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and present new and old leads
- Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize earning potential
- Consult client on candidate procurement and market analysis
- Qualify prospective candidates’ requirements and suitability for client opportunities
- Provide prospective candidates with information regarding available positions, the opportunities’ benefit parameters, and the community parameters
- Obtain necessary documentation for candidate submission to client facilities such as a CV, references, licensure and certifications
- Encourage and persuade candidates to interview with client
- Negotiate agreement between candidate and client
- Establish and maintain communication and rapport with candidate to sign contract with
client - Cold call candidates from database
- Handle incoming calls from allied professionals calling in from mail campaigns
- Call references for candidates
- Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with candidates and/or clients
- Travel required 2-4 days per month
Requirements:
- Professional level written and oral communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- One year of sales experience
- College education preferred
