Delta Flex Travelers - Recruiting Representative

Position Title: Recruiting Representative

Overview:

As a Recruiting Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business for Delta Flex Travelers by engaging in productive work agreements with traveling allied health professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. You will also maintain relationships with existing travelers and drive gross margin by creating “all-in” customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new and existing allied health professionals to fill temporary needs for clients
    currently under contract with Delta Flex Travelers
  • Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize earning potential
  • Contact candidates via the telephone and introduce available positions, the application process and the advantages of working Delta Flex Traveler’s temporary assignments
  • Negotiate contract terms with allied health professionals consistent with team objectives
  • Qualify prospective allied health professionals for requirements and suitability necessary
    for temporary assignment
  • Obtain necessary documentation for allied health professional’s submission to client facilities such as application packet, references, licensure and certifications
  • Establish and maintain communication and rapport with allied health professionals to encourage a long-term working relationship with Delta Flex Travelers
  • Interact with marketers to facilitate placement of allied health professionals within
    appropriate gross margin range
  • Integrate individual work efforts to meet team objectives and processes
  • Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with candidates
  • Make a minimum of 50-60 calls per day to accomplish team objectives
