Position Title: Marketing Representative
Overview:
As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business for Delta Flex Travelers by engaging in productive work agreements with hospitals, clinics and skilled nursing facilities. You will also
maintain relationships with existing clients and drive gross margin by
creating “all-in” customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding temporary coverage needs
- Develop and maintain communication and rapport with new and existing clients to
encourage a long- term working relationship with Delta Flex Travelers - Network with all business units to share candidate and/or client information in order to maximize earning potential
- Negotiate contract terms with clients consistent with team objectives
- Collaborate with recruiters in filling positions within appropriate gross margin range
- Facilitate placement of allied health professionals into client facilities by matching skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, and credentials
- Follow up with facilities to promote allied health professionals
- Integrate individual work efforts to meet team objectives and processes
- Maintain department DEi score through effective communication with clients
- Make a minimum of 50-60 calls per day to accomplish team objectives
